You are invited to attend A Heritage M.E.A.L. at the Farm Centre in Charlottetown on April 3rd starting at 6.30 pm . This is a free public event and all ages are welcome!
MEAL is an acronym for Meet, Eat and Learn. Organized by a group of passionate eaters and sponsored by PEI 2014 (thank you!), A Heritage MEAL will celebrate the Island’s rich food and farming history and explore exciting ways Islanders are engaging in efforts to rejuvenate PEI’s local food system.
You can look forward to a sampling of delicious appetizer-style morsels prepared with locally grown/raised ingredients by amazing chefs, engaging presentations by a diverse group of speakers, plenty of time to mingle and the opportunity to learn as much as you want to know about growing, buying and cooking local foods!
